Confirmation of bookings and reservation

All tours must be paid in full to confirm the booking. As we provide online payment with PayPal, you are able to do the payment in full.

Payment can be made via Paypal account, if you do not have a Paypal account you can pay with a credit card via Paypal.

Once payments are received the tour/course booking is reserved, we will check all information and get back to you with useful information per email.

Payment methods

Payments are accepted by Paypal or credit card via Paypal.


Boat Tours – All boat tours, to include yachts, large boats, long-tail boats and speedboats must receive cancellations 24 hrs to receive a full refund.

Tours cancelled less than 24 hrs, no refund given, 100% of the tour price charged.

Courses or other activities – Cancellation required 24 hrs before the tour time to receive a full refund.

If we need to cancel the tour/course for a reason like weather conditions, you get a full refund.

Weather conditions – If the weather conditions should change prior or on the morning of the tour and the operator cancels, a full refund is given.

In instances where the customer has alternate days they can take the tour, the tour date will be moved on, for a convenient date agreed by said customer.

If the customer deems the weather conditions not suitable, and cancels, no refund is given and the full tour balance requested where applicable.


If cancellation should occur due to illness, upon request a receipt and confirmation will be granted for the customer to claim a refund from their Insurance Broker by the customer.
